It is with a heavy heart that I need to share this heartbreaking news that GC got his angel wings, Monday 3 June 2019. Baby GC had heart surgery on the 30th of May 2019. His condition was critical as he fought for his life until the end; struggling with kidney problems, lung infection and seizures.
Lamentations 3:31-33: “For the Lord will not cast off forever. Though He causes grief, yet He will show compassion according to the multitude of His mercies. For He dies not afflict willingly, nor grieve the children of men”.
As our hearts break and mourn, we are so tempted to ask “why” of you, Lord. Why us? Why our children? We know we will never get an answer that satisfies our souls in a life time. Show us Your compassion in place of those answers. Let us feel the peace that surpasses all understanding.
