Instant EFT by PayFast allows online shoppers with access to internet banking to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified (FNB, Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec, Investec, Tymebank, and African Bank).

Remember to use your Order ID as the payment reference and to email proof of payment to admin@armsofmercy.org.za to speed up processing time. Kindly note that orders will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Should we not receive payment or POP within 3 days the order will be cancelled on our system. You are welcome to come back and shop again at any time.

Shipping Fee & Delivery

South Africa: A flat rate of R110.00 will be automatically added at checkout and is non-refundable. Delivery may take between 7 and 10 working days after payment has cleared in our account. Clothing items may take up to 18 working days.

Please keep in mind that in times of natural disasters there may be delays due to inaccessible roads, and due to the coronavirus pandemic, lock-down regulations and protocols may be in place which may change on short notice and at any given time. In such case, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase order as we do not give refunds. All items in the store are handmade accessories which take time to create. Once an item is purchased it can not be exchanged for anything other than said item. Should there be a manufacturing problem, we will replace the item at our own cost; granted the problem is reported to AOM within 7 days of receiving product.

Packaging must have an Arms of Mercy sticker on, and your order number must be included with the parcel upon delivery.
