Payment Options

Enjoy easy and secure online shopping with the Payfast Payment Gateway; their security protocols are as, if not more, robust than South African banks.

Site Payment Methods: Instant EFT, Visa and Masterpass.

Instant EFT by PayFast allows online shoppers with access to internet banking to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified. Supported banks: FNB, ABSA, STANDARD BANK, NEDBANK, CAPITEC, INVESTEC, TYMEBANK, AFRICAN BANK.

Shipping Fee & Delivery

South Africa: A flat rate of R100 will be automatically added at checkout and is non-refundable. Delivery may take between 7 and 14 days after payment has cleared. Purchases/Orders are generally sent via Aramex, however, some of our volunteers and agents may be situated in rural areas where Aramex services are not available. In this case,  your order will be sent via Postnet.

International: A flat rate of R850 will be added during checkout for orders to be shipped with DHL to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Delivery may take between 3-7 days.

Covid-19

While we practice good hygiene and do everything on our part to keep you safe before and after we make our bracelets, it is also up to you, the customer, to be responsible when receiving your parcel. Here are some basic guidelines to keep yourself safe:

  • MASK UP: The recipient of the parcel should wear a cloth mask or item to cover mouth and nose when interacting with delivery personnel.
  • CLEAN HANDS: Remember to wash hands with soap and water or use sanitizer before and after touching the parcel.
  • OWN PEN: Take your own pen to sign for the goods.
  • SOCIAL DISTANCE: Try and maintain a distance of at least 1.5m between you and the delivery personnel as far as possible. Ask the delivery person to place the parcel down, and to give you some space to pick it up and to sign for it.
  • SANITIZE: It is always a good idea to safely disinfect goods before use; use some sanitizer and a clean cloth to wipe the item before use.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase order as we do not give refunds. All items in the store are handmade accessories which take time to create. Once an item is purchased it can not be exchanged for anything other than said item. Should there be a manufacturing problem, we will replace the item at our own cost; granted the problem is reported to AOM within 7 days of receiving product. *Colour of items/products may vary slightly from those depicted in store images.


Please note: We do not accept any cash payments. All orders are handled only by our rightful Arms of Mercy agents. Packaging must have an Arms of Mercy sticker on, and your order number must be included with the parcel upon delivery. If any of these are absent, or should you come across any fraudulent activity or Arms of Mercy imitations – physically or online, please report it and let us know immediately. Contact us.
