All orders should be placed with, and handled by the rightful Arms of Mercy agents only. We do not accept any cash payments for bracelets – only Direct Bank Transfers to the official Arms of Mercy bank account which is visible on our Make a Donation Page. Your packaging must have an Arms of Mercy sticker on. If the contact name and number is not listed here, it is not an accredited agent of our organisation. This is your own ethical responsibility. Arms of Mercy NPC disclaim any and all involvement in any such transaction that may occur, and will not be liable for any misrepresentation, misconduct, returns or refunds of any merchandise, purchases and shipping costs, or damages whatsoever.
